My approach to therapy takes into account the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true healing occurs when all aspects of your well-being are nurtured. Through a holistic lens, we will integrate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness practices, and more, to address the root causes of your struggles.

My role is to guide and support you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, ultimately empowering you to develop the tools and skills needed to overcome challenges independently. I emphasize cultivating resilience, to help you to bounce back stronger from adversity and embrace personal growth. Together, we'll celebrate your successes and navigate any obstacles.

Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and professional standards to ensure your information remains safe and secure. You can rest assured that your therapy sessions are conducted in a confidential and supportive environment.

Online Therapy
Online can be just as effective as in person therapy, and has its own set of unique benefits. Being able to meet with your therapist while you're in the comfort of your own home, may allow for a greater sense of safety and vulnerability. Currently offering safe & professional teletherapy appointments via a HIPAA-compliant video platform or via phone if requested by client. I am only offering teletherapy at this time to any California resident.
