You deserve a life that is more than just surviving!

Resiliency is an essential tool in being able to recover and survive some of the many traumatic events you may have experienced.  My goal is for you to gain hope beyond your resiliency, to see that there is beauty and growth on the other side of the pain, and as you go through your healing journey, your future will seem so much brighter.

"Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start."
